The value for our money was fantastic, with a spacious and cozy King Suite that had a lovely fireplace and breathtaking views of Lake Tahoe. The location was ideal, and the staff was friendly and attentive throughout our stay.

Breakfast choices could be improved with more variety and options.

We were so happy with the location right in the lake as we found west shore inn through Internet . We were looking for a quaint peaceful couple of days to celebrate our wedding anniversary and we found it! We were able to upgrade our room on the spot with no hassles! Your staff was very nice as well. Micki Brubeck

Being next to the water and the view from the dining areas.

Marginal and disjointed service. Lodging expensive. Pricing for food and drinks to high. Room size small. No beach access.

Our stay at this lakefront inn was absolutely delightful. The location was perfect, right on the beautiful shores of Lake Tahoe. The McKinney Bay suite we stayed in exceeded our expectations. The suite had amazing amenities, including a cozy leather sectional, a comfortable king bed, two bathrooms, and a balcony with stunning lake views. The staff was friendly and accommodating, providing excellent recommendations for local attractions. The continental breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options. I highly recommend this inn for a wonderful Lake Tahoe getaway.

During our stay, we couldn't help but admire the stunning location, our room featured fantastic views of the lake which blended beautifully with the decor. The friendly staff took great care of us and provided outstanding service at the downstairs restaurant. We were delighted by the complimentary cocktails and appetizers, and the delicious local flavors combined with healthy ingredients. We also enjoyed the sumptuous furnishings and spacious bathrooms in the well-appointed suites.

The limited seating options during wedding events meant that we sometimes experienced slow service.

Beautiful Lake Views and Great Service

During my business trip, I stayed at a hotel with stunning views of the lake. The location was perfect as it provided easy access to the nearby skiing resort. My room was clean and well-equipped with all necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The staff was courteous and made me feel welcome throughout my visit.

The breakfast selection which was rather limited. There were no hot items available, just baked goods and yogurt.

The complimentary cocktails and the stunning view from the deck were definite highlights of my stay. The location was perfect for exploring the area, with plenty of activities nearby. The spacious rooms were well appointed and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

some of the staff seemed a little disorganized and it took longer than expected to get service at times. However, these negatives did not detract from an overall enjoyable stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room suite was spacious, comfortable, and quiet. We loved waking up to the beautiful view of Lake Tahoe right outside our window. The hotel's location on the pier in Homewood provided us with stunning lakefront views. The downstairs restaurant not only had fantastic views of the lake but also served delicious food. Additionally, the staff was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond for us. When we misplaced our key fob, they found it and even mailed it to our house. We were grateful for their effort and the cost-saving of replacing an expensive fob.

Didn't dislike anything about the property.

The location of this hotel is unbeatable - right on the waterfront with breathtaking views of Lake Tahoe. The deck seating for lunch and the indoor dinner seating both offer stunning views. The rooms are well-appointed with comfortable furniture and luxurious finishings. The continental breakfast provided is delicious with fresh fruit, homemade baked goods, and a variety of beverages. The staff is friendly and goes above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay.

The rooms could use some updating, as there were no tables, mini fridges, microwaves, or coffee pots in the suite. Additionally, the internet was spotty and there were some noise issues from the restaurant below the rooms.

My spouse and I stayed in the King Suite over Thanksgiving. It was rustic and cozy with lots of space, I loved the fireplace. The views were awesome, made even better because it snowed a lot over those couple of days. The hotel was very quiet, it didn't seem like there were a ton of guests. The storm did cause the satellite TV to not function most of the time and there was a random roof leak on the last morning, but this was not a huge deal. The location is great and we especially like the deli/market down the street, this was convenient since the restaurant was closed. We'd stay again for sure, definitely a steal.

Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.

The rooms at this hotel were absolutely stunning. We stayed in a suite that had multiple balconies with breathtaking views of the lake. The design and attention to detail in the rooms were impressive, and the linens and bath supplies were of high quality. Additionally, the staff at this hotel were incredibly helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to ensure a great stay.

One downside to this hotel is that it is located about an hour's drive away from the nearest gambling area. Additionally, the drive to the airport can be quite long, taking around an hour and a half.
